There are many great places to eat in Davis, but Taqueria El Burrito stands out! My partner and I had such a wonderful experience there. The carne asada fries are an absolute must-try—piled high with delicious guacamole and fresh vegetables, they were incredibly flavorful. Beyond that, every dish we tried tasted fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home, and the prices were just right. We can't recommend Taqueria El Burrito enough for a fantastic meal in Davis!

You HAVE to try their Quesabirria tacos. I can't stress how delicious this was. It is crunchy but soft with cheese and the meat was super tender. The price was steep but it has a good amount of protein and it's completely worth it. We also had the wet burrito with green sauce. We got there before it got busy so it wasn't too bad. We will definitely be coming back for these items again.

The food is alway amazing! The service is always amazing, Miguel at the register was very attentive to every customer! The atmosphere is very inviting whether you are doing pick up or dinning in! The sauce bar and chips are amazing as well! The only mexican food I get in town!

Great taqueria open late-ish near the UC Davis campus that we stopped by at after a night of bowling! The food, service and environment were all top tier, and they had unlimited chips like any great taqueria would! It was also great getting to meet Miguel! 👍
